Angle bug?

Draw two parallel lines in top view.
Give them an angle constraint (use the zero default).
Apply the update.
Edit the angle via the manager pane (30 deg.)
Apply the update.
The angle moves to 29.94 in front view and 2.38 in top view.

I was expecting the moved line to stay coplanar with its original position and that that plane would be either the plane of origin (top view) or
the plane perpendicular to the plane of origin.
Is this a bug?

Also, with 6 digit precison why is the angle not correct?

Redraw the two parallel lines in front view and repeat the procedure above.
Now after applying the angle edit the lines are no longer both in the plane of the front view.

What's happening?

Chris, this bug is fixed in the Rhino Assembly 1.0. You're welcomed to download the new release.
