Please read our new white paper called How to Express Your Design Intent in Rhino. Part I: Assembly Design and Kinematic Simulation that was written as an introduction into our Rhino Assembly plug-in.

Do you find it reasonable to have a tutorial after it?

We have created a new video tutorial for Rhino Assembly.
It demostrates (step by step) how a SolidWorks assembly (a pumpuing jack mechanism) can be translated to Rhinoceros and then can be animated using constraint and driving dimensions.
