Is it possible to adjust the dimensions of a Tube Solid .ie create a tube solid then adjust inside dimensions and outside dimensions.

Do you mean you want to change the internal and external radii of the Tube? It is the main topic we're currently working on, it isn't yet possible with current 0.2 release of
RhinoDirect, but it is planned to appear in 0.3. Today you can only change the height.
