I' m glad to announce you that today we released a new product in our Driving Dimensions line. It is a plug-in for Rhinoceros (Rhino 3D). With version 0.1 Beta of this plugin Rhino users can assemble mechanism from existing 3D parts by specifiyng their relative positions with geometric constraints and driving dimensions. By editing a driving dimension value the user can force the mechism to move into another position. Automatic animation of such a change allows users to simulate the kinematics of their assemblies.
